	Too Smart To Start is a public education initiative aimed at preventing underage 
drinking. Too Smart to Start is presented by the Center of Substance Abuse Prevention, U.S. Department of Health 
and Human Services.
	The Web site includes special interactive sections for preteens and teens with resources 
for researching term papers and presentations; answers to the most common questions kids have about drinking; and a 
section on media literacy.
