Military OneSource has free promotional materials available in a variety of formats (magnets, wallet cards, brochures, flyers, etc). These materials are an excellent tool in assisting units and installation support services in their efforts to educate the military community about Military OneSource. Complete the online order form and e-mail it to MOS.Promotional.Materials.Request@MilitaryOneSource.com or use the Submit by Email button at the bottom of the form.
New Recruit Visibility Kit
This visibility kit is for Service Providers working directly with Future Service Members, New and Recent Recruits, Military OneSource provides the New Recruit Visibility Kit. This kit contains a welcome letter that invites recruits, parents and spouses to enroll online and start using Military OneSource immediately.

Troubleshooting Tips
If you are having problems using our online order form, please check the following:
- Make sure you have Adobe Reader Version 8.1.2 or higher. Previous versions of Adobe will not allow you to save your information in the form.
- If you aren't sure if your order was sent, check your e-mail "sent items." If you do not see the order form there, it was not sent.
- If you are experiencing problems with the "Send" button on the order form, save a completed copy of your order form on your computer and manually attach it to an e-mail. E-mail the completed order form to MOS.Promotional.Materials.Request@MilitaryOneSource.com.
